I have an idea, to make a firm who build internet networks and TV networks in Bulgaria. All I need is investor. I think that firm like that will make the big money.

Sounds like a great idea- now how are you going to make it happen? Do you know people with money that they use for start-up investments? You'll need to create a business proposal and start shopping it around to investors.
