They should be allowed a break every 4 hours because they sit behind computer screens as well, and i've never seen any bogs at CTU - where are they supposed to have a dump?
They must have all opted out of the working time directive :)

24 is such a GREAT show that i don't even think about things like bathroom breaks and how many hours they're working. 24 fans know enough about the show by now in its 6th season that we're able to realize not every second of screen time is always gonna be completely plausible, i.e. the # of hours they work or being able to get clear across town in just one commercial break, which, btw, is probably when the CTU staff go to the loo! : )

Well we don't see much of CTU so they might be getting breaks and we're just not seeing it - since watching CTU people on break isn't exactly compelling television.

Yes, they are supposed to take breaks after a certain number of hours but hey, they're trying to save the world. No time for breaks you can sleep in tomorrow.
