i have ehard a rumor that it contains lard. does it? provide a source if you can...

As someone who has prepared at least 20 canisters of whipped cream a day during my time as a Starbucks Barista and then Manager, I can safely tell you that there's no lard added. Its a simple recipe, just Heavy Whipping Cream from a local dairy/supplier and vanilla syrup (the same stuff they add to vanilla flavored drinks). Its actually quite good, just a lot of sugar, air and heavy cream.
