There is a certain event that occurs whenever a Billy Joel is played on the radio. I'd like to preciptate that more often. Do you think there should be a station that plays nothing but Billy Joel?

I've got to say no, but you could buy/burn some Billy Joel and play it non-stop on your computer, CD player, etc. That might worl to keep that event happening as often as you like. Also, perhaps certain Billy Joel songs work better than others. Try and see.
