I really appreciate your "reverse take" questions - they make me think.
Be prepared for the onslaught of blah blah "adam and steve" blah blah "man and woman fit together" yadda yadda "unnatural" blah blah blah thump thump etc.
Some people do not appreciate irony when they see it.
I agree that it takes diversity to make the world go around. The most boring groups I have ever been in were those where everyone was the same.

Why do you feel the current population is a menace? The world is not over populated. It appears that way because so many people go without their most basic needs met. The reason for this has nothing to do with "over population" it has to do with who controls the resources and how they are distributed. Have you ever seen a starving population in Africa. These people don't live that way because the food isn't available to them. They starve because the despots, and dictators who control their lives.
Now on to the issue of the world surviving or not if everyone was a heterosexual. Do you really believe that homosexual behavior has a major impact on population growth anywhere in the world? Supposing it does, wouldn't you think that the countries and cultures of the world that are tolerant of homosexuality are the ones in the least need of population control? For example; how tolerant are cultures like Europe and North America toward homosexuals and how much population control is required there? How tolerant are countries like China, India, and Pakistan toward homosexuals and is population control required there?

Yes lets kill all the straight people becasue gay people have such a hard life, Gay kids can't go to school and get a decent education, gay people can't eat at certain resturants they can't travel, or buy a home. They are outrightly denied everything possible human right there is.
Gay people shouldn't ever have to fight for thier rights like other cultures "assuming thats what we are calling you now" nooo they should just be handed everything platter.
Life is sooo rough for gay people........ so pull out the ouija bored talk to Hitler and come up with an action plan.
Moral to the story..... get rid of the straights and you wont have to ask the question. This answer is only intended for the sarcastically impaired.

The human race can survive if we live our lifes judiciously and limit the number of our offspring. We have the knowledge and now all we need do is to put it in practice.

nature will find a way to restore balance through droughts, famines, disease etc. humans will also prevent their own demise with wars and possible sterilazation if necessary!

I think eventually, old people will have to die at an earlier age since they are useless. Most of them probably want to die anyway. I know I would.
