She's a bit tricky. Always have aeroaga cast on yourself and have second chance equipped. Enter the battle and hit her head while keeping a close eye on your HP. When she summons the balls that auto-target you, head immediatly to the vines and find a good place to hide while they crash into the walls around you. After that heal if you need to and head back down and repeat.
The key to this battle is knowing when to leave the battle field and hide in the vines when to strike. The second key is aeroaga, it'll cut her magic attacks on you so you can hit instead of heal. Have donald healing you and stock yourself with elixers, ethers etc. with donald and goofy stocked with hi-potions.
Second chance will allow you always keep one hp no matter how powerful the attack. But if you get hit again, its game over. If you still have trouble, Hallow Bastion is a great place to level up.

It's possible to cheat that fight. Just run around the outside of the arena and let Donald and Goofy fight her until she dies. It'll probably take longer, but it's doable this way. You might have to heal them and revive them now and then, but they can take her out (just like with Ursula). You'll just have to go in and deliver the final blow.
Or you could try levelling up a few times before you take her on. Try attacking her from the side so her head isn't facing you directly. And be sure to avoid the green fire and shock waves.

Summon Tinker Bell to heal you. Let Donald and Goofy do most of the work, just keep healing them. You should be able to beat her like that.
