Question 1: No I do not like Spaghetti! I hate the sauce... I don't know why I don't like it though 'cause I used to love it when I was a small child, but yeah....

I do, and eating it didn't keep me from losing BMI. I'm broadcasting the news! One year ago, I was in a crumby relationship and a bit overweight (with BMI of 25.5). Today I'm at a near-ideal 22.6. The high satisfaction diet really works, but only if you know how to moderate your portions.
