Cold cranking amps doesn't really mean anything as far as charging goes. You need the battery capacity in amp hours. If you have an average sized 80 amp hour battery, it will take 8 hours to charge at 10 amps.

If you battery is within three years old 3 - 4 hours should do it. It's always best to charge @ 2 amps overnight if your charger diminishes the amp rate as the battery is fully charged.
