I just took a pregnancy test. I am 4 days late... i have been having symtoms... The "control" line didnt appear on the test, which means it didn't work. Should I take the other test now, or wait?

if it didn't work then go ahead and take another one. what you might want to do is go ahead and get one of the packs with 3 in them, usually are only one or two dollars more. (mine was only 13 dollars for 3, if i remember correctly, been about a year lol).

The test not working properly has nothing to do with you so you can test right now again if you want. Since you are 4 days late it shouldn't matter what time of day you test, but first morning urine has the most HCG in it so you might want to wait until tomorrow morning. Either way Best Wishes!

you can retest now but don't drink anything for 2 hours prior to testing so that your urine wont be diluted good luck and best wishes

Take one in the morning when your hcg concentration should be at it's highest.
