My 96 Isuzu Rodeo's front windshield wiper blades stopped working, along with the windshield cleaning spray. The back still works fine. Is this a wiper motor issue or an electical issue? How do I test for what the problem is, and how can I fix it?

The wiper blades and the liquid cleaner both stopped at the same time.

Honestly? I would recommend you take it to an automotive electric shop, not a general mechanic, and let them check the problem. They will find the problem in a matter of minutes and either tell you how to fix-it, or they will fix it and the good part of that is you get a warranty and you don't spend all day trying to read these ideas and trying to fix it yourself. Geterdone!

try opening the hood then close it, if that dont work sell it
