its swollen and cant lift anythig at all with it

you could have broken it or just bruised it really bad.

Hopefully you've only sprained it. Put an ice pack on it to get the swelling down. At the pharmacy they have cold wraps that work like an ace bandages and are really good for this. After the swelling goes down, if it still isn't "somewhat" better, go for an x-ray....it could be fractured.

Please stop punching things.

you could have a really bad bruise or possibly broken a bone. Use ice and maybe wrap it with an ace. If it's not any better in a couple of days you should see someone.

Buy a punching bag. It's easier on the body.

It is probably a fracture combined with a sprain - see a Dr ASAP - this can cause a break or permanent nerve damage. After you are treated for the injury see someone about anger management and get a punching bag like someone else here suggested - we all get angry but when you cause injury to yourself or others you need to seek treatment.
