A small plastic tub with a lid half filled with damp sphagnum moss is what most use. Just cut a hole in the lid so they can get in and out.

Misting the tank is easy, just purchase a new/clean spray bottle and fill it with warm water. Make sure the water is around the temp of their basking area as it will cool quickly once you spray it in a fine mist. Give a couple spritzes and keep an eye on the humidity in the tank. You will discover how many times per day or spritzes per day you need to get the humidity at optimum levels.

Putting sponges in the hideing area usually works, also for sparying get a plastic spray bottle (like a windex bottle, just withou the windex) preferably one that did not have a cleaner in it. But whatever you use be shure it is thuroghly clean before you use it on you lizards. But remember leopard geckos are a desert species so do not make them too moist

you can strap a moist sponge on the top of one of its hide boxes so it can go into the moist area whenever it pleases.
