keep working out and eating right. if you gain 20 pounds before the season you can play a defensive back or a running back. 110 pounds is too small at the high school level.

5'6" and only 110 lbs? Man you are a crazy to play football at that size if you are playing Varsity. Yeah DB or maybe be a punter. Any position that keeps you away from direct contact on every play. Let's compare, when I was a junior I was 5'7" weighed 210 lbs, could bench press 330 lbs. and I was a tailback. If I broke away and you were the only one left to tackle me and you were coming at me head on, D.A.M.N! Would not be a pretty sight! Not trying to insult you, but your build is better suited for a different sport such as cross country, or tennis. I have a feeling you are really strong for your size, that is why you don't play those p.u.s.s.y sports. I think you would be a great hockey player, ever tried out for that?

first when u read this go eat some fried chicken and keep doing this until u gain at least 20 lbs and then u could play db or rb

110 pounds? If you play HS football at that light of a weight you will be pulverized!
Have you tried protein shakes and weight training?
