Your league might veto this one. But go for it, the other player is obviously in need of SB's. There is probably not much available to upgrade from Peralta, he has proven that he can hit for a little power. On the upside he could provide 17-18 HR's and with an improved lineup in front of him could raise his RBI's. The likelihood he will steal 1 base is slim so don't expect any.
Jhonny may be slightly underestimated this year, he is still young and may further develop if he can reduce his K's.
It's a good trade for you.

If Peralta bounces back to his 2005 form, this is a complete slam-dunk in your favor. Even he doesn't, getting Pujols for Konerko and Lopez and not including Peralta is still a great trade for you.
