Spiderman. Let me explain why:
Batman is great and all (the movie was great) but Spiderman has actual powers. Batman just has access to great technology (that his FATHER invented, not him, although he is making some stuff). He's also super rich and can buy this stuff. He picked Batman because he's afraid of bats... personally I like Spiderman better because getting bitten by a radioactive spider is MUCH COOLER then "confronting your fears".
He can also climb walls, shoot super strong spider silk from his hands and doesn't look like a superhero out of his costume (which is the ultimate alter ego disguise).
Honestly, it can be argued either way, but that's my personal opinion.

oooh hard one, i lurve both, would have to say however i think spiderman is better, but batman has grit and determination. ok i'm getting too worked up, i support batman

I'd say spiderman...batman doesn't really do much...how many people can climb on walls and swing on a spiderweb.
