Let's take the phrase "launching a big corporation...." The reality is that most "big" corporations started very small. Hewlett-Packard started in the garage of one of the founders.

Apple Computer started with two kids - Jobs and Woz - building a computer in a garage.

ETC. Big Corporations simply aren't born overnight. They begin with an idea that the marketplace needs, and then the business evolves based on many factors. (Apple is nothing like it was when it started; just look at its product line today.)

That said, your first step is to find that "big idea" that can potentially start small, then grow into something very big.

As for determining best partners or business associations -- find people who share your passion. Find people who do things well that you do not. (i.e. Walt Disney was the creative spur behind the business, but brother Roy Disney was the businessman who kept the company going.)

Even the best friendships are severely tested while a business is growing, so protect yourself by making sure that you have more than 50% of the shares in the business. After all, YOU are the founder.

Good luck.
