This is an item that few serious coin collector would want. The world has been flooded over the years, with non-circulating commemorative coins. Going through a few issues of World Coin News I find ads for them at $5.00 each and some of the $10 ones selling for $6.00. They are made of copper/nickel and not silver, so you don't even have that to fall back on. Some of the others $5 like General Patton is selling for $8.50. So if they sell that low, dealers can't be paying very much. Sorry to give you this news, but people need to check things out with a reputable dealer or two, before buying.
