I love to cook! But I still think that men should cook for themselves, too. Don't be so needy! And besides, how many men do I know who actually "do all the work that needs to be done"? Not many. Maybe five. Anyways, I've met men who love a good home-cooked meal. I've also met a few who would rather be healthy. You know those types!
I like to cook because to me, it is a form of art. But I doubt that most women have quite an artistic streak. This one has encompassed my life, and I'd sooner go without television than go without my imagination.

Bollocks! I prepared many a tasty substantial meal during the eight and a half years of my (now defunct) marriage, and the lazy bastard still stayed glued to the bloody computer 24-7 and left me with all the chores and DIY stuff that needed doing. It wouldn't hurt mankind to get it's lazy self in the kitchen once in a while to cook a nice romantic dinner. Maybe us women would be a bit more responsive in the bedroom if you did.

Yes, I will be cooking a homemade meal tonight so that my husband has enough "fuel" to sit on the couch and watch WWE Monday Night Raw.

Aww hell most of the men I know are so damned neglected by their so called wives that I just talk about making him a homecooked meal and he's happy.
Of course if he were mine, he would always be fed and pampered.

The taste of a meal has nothing to do with filling you up. It's the AMOUNT that you eat that fills you up. If you don't like how we cook then cook your own meals.

I realize that . ...and that is why I make homemade meals six days a week. On the seventh day I rest.

I suggest you hit an all you can eat buffet. Knock yourself out sunshine! And they get paid to clean up after you.

Actually, a former co-worker of mine asked my husband why he married me since I had "baggage" (two cats, to be exact!). He replied, well, her cooking skills outweighed her baggage.
My husband cooks too and is an excellent cook.
