you all came melacca ? dont buy anythings from 7-11 at melaka sentral ,cause worker at there , never respect customer 1 ... they can sit there only .. and also , 7-11 things is expensive , if wanna buy things , just go to melaka TESCO hypper market ...

Are you trying to be funny??? Lol..yep, you are terribly funny! Like BO$$ said earlier..respect is something to be earn and not to expect..
if you were saying 7-11 is expensive while TESCO is damn cheaper..well, i have to say..that its either you didnt learn economics or your teacher is just pathetic lazy to teach you..
of course Tesco will be much..much..cheaper coz they buy supplies in huge bulks and get a very cheap price..while 7-eleven is just one small shop and only manage to buy stock in small quantity due to fill up their small space and furthermore, they are operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!!..so they need to charge us extra to cover the expenses and profits...
duh! i'm just wasting my time answering you...anyway, thanks for the points though!

I'm just back from shopping at Tescos, it's only a 2 minute walk from where I live and yes of course it's cheaper than 7/11 because of the reasons already pointed out by Myra.
Your first comment I happen to agree with though. 'customer service' is very poor in Sarawak in general (I think that the peninsular is much more advanced in that area)
The shop assistants either sit there reading a newspaper and cant be bothered to even look up let alone serve you, or they are told by their boss to follow people around the shop.
More often than not I would get some teenage shop assistant girl following me around just inches away from my face while I was looking for some baju or whatever. It used to annoy the hell out of me and make me feel like I was some kind of criminal who cannot be trusted.
I used to get my own back though and I enjoy totally confusing the girls by getting my wife to walk down one aisle and me down another and seeing the confused look on the girl's face as she didn't know whom to follow me or my wife!
At the end of the day customers have got choices where they want to shop and if the service in one shop is lousy then people have got the right to vote with their feet and shop elsewhere and hopefully the badly trained shop assistants bosses will realise their mistakes before they go bankrupt.

of course 7-11 is expensive compared to Tesco etc2.
they open 24-7 a week/month..
hehe..
if the workers doens't respect customer probably due to lack of training.. cant blame them.. blame 7-11 itself.

i wont blame you, many people its not train to do customer service, part of the reason malaysian employer dont pay well on their salary and they dont provide training.
many people think business runs automatically
