Yes,it consists mostly of american youngsters whos parents have jobs over there.I umpired a team in the Pan Am games that was from there.

They had a team in the little league WS last year. Israel has a pro baseball league this year where ties will be decided by HR derby

Nacnud is right, they had a team in the little league WS. Almost every player was an American, though. Their parents are contractors that live there.
