Well, I am a donor. So I can speak from experience. All depends on your donor`s egg quality and how well they fertilize. I donated twice and both IVFs were successful. The success rates are usually a little over half. Make sure you choose a donor with proven fertility, meaning, she has had children, or she has donated. Don`t waste your time with a donor who hasn`t had live births as a result of her donation or a natural pregnancy. My clinic, ( the one I donate to), will not accept any women under the age of 24, and they prefer women who have had children. I guess it just proves that you have had healthy babies and that your eggs "stick".

Your chances are very good. However, it does take several tries, and can be extremely expensive.Check to see if your insurance will cover the expense.
