That is if a suitable job was available at a decent wage?

Mental health problems no excuse, although bad injuries are.

Some people are so chaotic nobody would want to employ them and some people cause more problems and are a waste of time.

But unless you are an alcoholic or druggie, your energies have to be used somehow.

What I was trying to say is that everybody has energies and you have to use them somehow. Most herberts are chaotics*, but I have met a full time mental health claimant. He will not even mend his bicycle punctures. (*Probably would like to work, but even though he could learn a trade, he has not learnt to arrive on time, say what means, and no inkling about truth or lies?)

I know one, right lazy pig. In fact, the whole family are like that, bunch of wasters. They even lie about disabilities to get more dough from the government, its a disgrace.

One of my neighbours works OK but he still borrows,
even if it is only a pint of milk, and
once you give it to him you
will never see it again. My Mother used to say that in this world there are givers and takers, so don't let people take you for a mug.

Mental health issues can cripple the faculty of volition, which is internal.

Not all disabilities are visible| If you think they are, you have fallen into the "just because I can't see it or understand it, it doesn't exist" trap|
