We REALLY want a boy, is there anything we can do to increase our chances of concieving a boy?

this might be just by chance, but I have 4 kids- 2 & 2.
Both boys were concieved with me on top, both girls with me on the bottom.... I've heard this is true but who knows

Supposedly, if you control the acid/alkaline content of the vagina it will influence the sperm that makes it to the egg. I believe that there is even a book on the subject. But the truth is, the only way to really be sure is to go to a fertility clinic and have them prepare your sperm so only the male sex is left and then artificially inseminate the mother. How bad do you want a boy because this is really expensive.

In Islam our prophet says that if man's sperm is first then you ll get a boy & vice versa & there is a whole program of eating: a diet to increase your chances of havibg a certain sex just google it. I wish you all the best & May you have all that you want.

My grandma used to tell me, that who ever was on the bottom during conception, that would be the gender of the child.

this might be myth but apparently if the woman is on top, a boy will be convieved
