definitely RIO they are known for it and recently like with the past year or 2 they upgrades it and made it even better than what it was and it only 35 a person (very good price) you get whole lobster jumbo crab legs colossal shrimp and soooo much more definitely recommend it some of my friends like the bellagio one but trust me nothing is good compared to the RIO sea food buffet (not the regular one they have 2 diff buffets)

There are 3 buffets in Vegas that are worth mentioning.

The lowest priced Seafood buffet is at The Orleans. For around $18 on Monday nights only, The French Market Buffet offers a decent meal with crawfish and all. Not too bad of a place but on the lower end of the 3 in my list.

In the Rio The Village Seafood Buffet runs about $35 and is widely known as one of the only and best full time Seafood Buffet. They offer a wide range of seafood and most people leave happy and full.

The most expensive and in my mind the Very Best is the Sterling Brunch located in Ballys Steakhouse and only on Sundays. Call ahead and make a reservation. Hold out for a table in the main dining area near the food station. When you arrive they hand you a delicious glass of chamagne. This buffet has some of the best stone crab claws just daring you to divulge. The broiled lobter is awesome and the Sushi and caviar are great. It is a small setup for a buffet but worth every cent of the almost $60 price tag. Enjoy and don't let the high price scare you away.

The Rio, because it is fresh and SO AMAZINGLY GOOD! Plus, they have the largest buffet in all of Las Vegas. You could spend days there just trying to sample all the food. This is also a good choice if you are in a group and someone doesn't particulary care for seafood, they still have many other great selections to choose from.

Rio is good. LOTS OF SEAFOOD!!!, it also has Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican food. I think it is one of the cheapest in Vegas. Bellagio is OK, The line especially on weekends and peak hours are ridiculous. Now if price is not an issue, I would go to the WYNN HOTEL. I highly recommend their buffet. The price is more than twice as much as in Rio but the crab legs are 3 times bigger than in Rio. Really huge. Sushi's are fresh too. Lots of selection too.
Tip: grab some magazines from the hotels and look for the coupons for buffet restaurant. It will save you at least $8.00 per person.

Bon appetit!!!

The Rio Seafood Buffet. It's off the strip, but totally worth it.
