For legs do stretches such as the runners lung. Front foot out and knee bent with back foot facing sideways and leg bent. Hold foot w/ opposite hand to stretch hip flexors. Do arm circles and also tricep stretches.

lunges. do arm pulls and arm circles. toe touches. pull your leg up for quad stretches
