What is the theme music for the TV show Law and Order - not the current series, going back a few?

The theme music to Law& Order, on the Hallmark channel is different to the one on channel 5 and although I watch them both regulally, I can't name the music to either one, but the next time I watch it on Hallmark, I will look and see if I can see it in the credits !! xx

To my knowledge it has always been the same.
