Take Reyes. You get the by far best SS, he covers your SB, hits for excellent ave., scores a ton of runs and has pretty good power for a SS. Soriano is an excellent choice but dont expect Pinella to let him run like he did last season. History is very against Howard repeating a 50 HR season but he should still put up great overall numbers (there are alot of good 1st basemaen available in the 2nd, 3rd and even later....do some research, there are at least 2 extremely solid 1st basemaen that last past the 9th or 10th round not counting the potential a couple of the kids have). ARod is also excellent, dont listen to the hype about him just look at the numbers. After all in fantasy it isnt who you are it is how good is your production and ARod has massive overall numbers...period! Obviously unless the guy with the first pick is insane then Pujols will be picked 1st (if not then you just got the break of a lifetime) but i strongly advise Reyes as the 2nd best player in the draft. Dont pick Santana there....he is an incredible pitcher....once every 5 days!

If the person who has the 1st pick doesn't draft Pujols, than draft him. If he does, choose between Ryan Howard and Alfonso Soriano.

Pujols, if he's available, or reyes or howard. Don't listen to the idiot above me, NOT soriano. You could probably get him in the 2nd round.

If Pujols is gone take Alfonso Soriano. His production across the board is second to none....he does it all.

it depends on how the scoring system works in the league you are in. try to find the overall player with the best numbers for each category that your league uses
