I believe that's the ratings on TV. But IDK. Anyway, I was watching this show "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" and I saw in the upper left corner there was a lil black box, a rating--I don't know--and under the rating it had the letter "D". Now, I know that if there's an "S" that means sexual-ness-ness. An "L", language. "V", violence. "FV", Fantasy Violence. And I can't figure out what "D" stands for. I know it can't be drugs cuz there's not drugs in that show. Would it be dialogue? What is that? I asked my big bro and he didn't answer me. And I know he heard me.
So, what is that?
And would it be dialogue?

Dialogue is what they talk about. It may not be swear words, but it still may be things that are not suited for children, like sex talk.

The MPAA is for movies, not television. I think it's the TV Parental Association that does the ratings for TV. And D stands for suggestive dialogue usually of a sexual nature. For instance, the "The Bet" episode of Seinfeld would get a D because they made indirect references to masturbation throughout the show.

Yes, it would be drugs. It is not the drug usage, but the reference to drugs in the comedy skits.
