i'm sure you would feel it, and they would change the whole structure of your face. it depends on what kind of face u have to begin with, imagine kate moss' cheeks on your face, it's what you'd look like probably

Cheek implants, from what I inderstand, are made (or partially?) from silicone which can be risky when put into the body which includes the silicone breast implants that so many women have trouble with. (That is despite the FDA approving those types of breast implants again.) And cheek implants typically give a fake appearance.

if u are talking about ur butt um well if u like the guyzz to stare sure why not , but otherwise bascially any implation or anything is not good but go for it
