you can download on a 2mb broadband connection per month before tiscali start warning about fair use policy?

ive been told not to d/l anything between 6pm and 11pm mon to sunday ...this seems a little unfair when the service is called unlimited broadband ,so i was wondering exactly how much per month is `unlimited` classed as ....or is it solely to do with how much bandwidth im using?

Yes avoid excesive d/l between those times or they email you and complain. They can do it as it tells you in their terms that it is unlimited subject to fair usage.

6pm to 11pm!?! I don't believe that!!!

Contact Tiscali why this is the case, and confirm that it is true. I think you are being had there. That is peak evening times then, so I dont understand that limit.

Contact Tiscali ASAP, or if they say you must, go take your business somewhere else and let them find out the hard way.

this is usually set by total amount downloaded as opposed to time of day/week.

check with your ISP for what package you are on, a cheap package might have a 2gig limit and a decent package might be unlimited.
