My friend really smells but i don't know how to tell her?

I think I would leave that one alone... lol. you don't want to hurt her feelings and I think that you really would. Maybe when you guys are having your girltalk you can bring up the topic of soaps, deodorants, etc. You could ask her what kind she uses and tell her what kind you use and why. I would never come right out and say that she smells. That would just devistate her for a long time. Just be discreet about it and maybe in a nice way suggest soaps/deodorants... that is the right thing to do.

I answered pretty much the same question once.
I have a smelly friend. Yeah, she smells like poop and pee it is sooo gross.
But, i talked to her about it since we are really good friends. and she says that she can't help it. I don't know.

But, go to your friend and ask her PRIVATELY, you don't wanna embarass her do yuh, about it. And just have her feel like that you'll be ther for her and that you won't ever tell anyone.
Maybe she has a problem. And she can't help it. + ppl prolly talk behind her back about it. I mean, you wouldn't like it if you were her, right?
So, go shopping with her to get some perfume or something.
Something that smells good.
And have her spray it on herself.

All I can say is honesty is the best policy. Either that or get her a basket and fill it with deodorant, lotion, perfume. Stuff that will minimize the smell and wont make it that obvious that she needs to use deodorant. That way she just thinks your being nice and she wont get hurt during the process.

When your around her say whats that smell a lot. If that doesnt work send her a letter with no return address saying you smell, please wash. Or you could say I dont want to appear rude or like im being ugly but is there something wrong that you carry that odor? Sometimes ppl smell especially their breath, and its not because they dont bush their teeth it could be a number of reasons one being rotten teeth, infection, etc.

Just tell her nicely. Explain to her that you are coming to her as a friend. I have done it before. She is sure to understand. Also, don't think she doesn't smell herself. I know when I have forgotten to put my deodorant on or not.

Well if you were really her friend you would tell her. But put it in a very nice way... She could be having hormone probs and can't help it...
