Honestly, I've never met a cheese I didn't like. Kind of sad. Some of my favorites would have to be brie, havarti, feta, bleu, meunster and good ole extra sharp cheddar. I've never tried Manchego or Oaxaca. I'll have to get some next time I go to the cheese shop.
BTW, I'll take you up on the road trip and bring on the hot sauce. I AM a Texan, remember.
Edit: Oh, my gosh, Mr. Clutch, you are SO right about the Buffalo Mozzerella.

It's a tossup between Swiss and mozzarella for me! I'll take blue cheese dressing as well, but I can't stand the cheese itself.
