aww I'm sorry. Go for a nice walk, not speed racing though lol, take a girlfriend of yours with you and just talk, but don't stress, lay back and watch shows of giving birth or baby stories, and know that not all the bad stuff will happen to you, notice how its a miracle, go to yahoo or some search engine and type in babygaga, it'll give you a link and bring you to a little neat site, type in "fun pregnancy websites" also, it'll bring you to many of cool sites. Congrats and goodluck!

Walking: One of the best cardiovascular exercises for pregnant women, walking keeps you fit without jarring your knees and ankles. It's also easy to do almost anywhere, doesn't require any equipment beyond a good pair of supportive shoes, and is safe throughout all nine months of pregnancy.
• Swimming: Healthcare providers and fitness experts hail swimming as the best and safest exercise for pregnant women. Swimming is ideal because it exercises both large muscle groups (arms and legs), provides cardiovascular benefits, and allows expectant women to feel weightless despite the extra pounds of pregnancy.
• Low-impact aerobics: One good thing about an aerobics class is that it's a consistent time slot when you know you'll get some exercise. And if you take a class for pregnant women, you'll enjoy the camaraderie of other moms-to-be and feel reassured that each movement is safe for you and your baby.
• Dancing:You can get your heart pumping by dancing to your favorite tunes in the comfort of your own living room, with a DVD,

I have seen these baby counters on myspace pages. They're not typical- they're actually kind of funny at times. I've posted the link below. On that same site there is a community full of preggers just like yourself. I'm sure a bunch of hormonal women would love to join you in any sort of man bashing you may start. :) Congrats on the baby and best wishes for the future!

try going to your local yoga studio and see if they have yoga classes for pregnant women. You could also try meditation classes.
