Help around the house so that she can't be too busy or tired, then dont piss her off then she'd do it.

It depends on how old you are & how far away the mall is. Also, are you wanting her to take you to the mall & drop you off to be with your friends or are you wanting an outing with your mom. If you make it something you want to do with your mom she might be more receptive. If the mall is a long way from where you live, understand the time needed & funds for gas that go into her decision. If you are under 15 don't expect to go to the mall & be dropped off.

Do something nice for your mom (clean the kitchen or something), and settle on a spending limit that way she will understand that you don't want her to go broke!

well do better in school (such as english where you'll learn to spell right)
or just...say you'll pay for anything you want and she doesnt have to do anything

Maybe its your grades cuz it doesnt really look like you know how to spell...jk...........Just tell her that with every season comes a new wardrobe change.........
