Is it wrong for me to compliment women I come across?

Yes it is very good. If I were to come accross someone I'd be flattered if I was complimented =] BUT you have to be careful because people can take compliments in all the wrong ways. Some people even get offended by compliments.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. You've just got to pace yourself. You know that your compliments are genuine, but if you're throwing them out left and right, people might think you're just doing it to make fun of them or you're being sarcastic.

Give compliments when there's an opportunity for them (like me saying "You are a very thoughtful and considerate person" : ) )

When someone really needs assurance, then you have to support them(There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. You've got to show who you are, don't change yourself just because someone said something about you.).

Just keep them simple for the most part, and show people that you're honestly complimenting them. Compliments are like candy, a little goes a long way, but too much would give you a tooth ache. : )

as long as you are sincere about it, then it should be ok, but there are good compliments and bad ones that can make woman uncomfortable, it would really depend on the context of the compliment and whether or not the woman wants the attention or not....

Hell no.. i love getting compliments from people. Complete strangers, friends etc etc..

As long as they are not borderline sexual harassment comments.. compliment away i say
