I think they are horrible. We had to get a tech our 3 times to get the right HD box for us.

none of the company in the world has worst customer service its depends on the people who works in the company it. You might not agree with their policy because most of people don't like to read their policy.

In my area the charter store is closed on Saturday. What is with that. So aggravated with them, thinking of switching to something else. They give you a telephone number to call but no response.

Do you think the HD box is big enough that all customers are forced to use, what a joke, need to hire a carpenter to mount it for you if you could find room to install it. WAKE UP CHARTER ENGINEERS TO THE REAL WORLD

I do I do I do...... had a great package with them for 5 years, suddenly they cancel it and my bill more than doubles for the same package. Never got them to resolve it... went with DISH love it! Kiss off Charter

I do....I live like three miles away from the receiving site. I called to see if I could get service about 6 months a go, their answer was, "I am sorry sir, but we do not service that zip code" ...what?? i know people across my street who have them...forget them...!

Non-existant customer service, you mean-- they won't answer the phone to give you bad customer service.......
