It's right up there. Oregon is quickly gaining in popularity, though (particularly the Portland area), it's cheaper and a lot of new bands are coming from there. I'm fond of Massachussetts, personally.

Of course it is, that is why so many people move there. No other place has as much diverse culture and geography as California. With mild weather, great opportunity and tolerant people, no other state comes close.

What you want is here, you just have to figure out which part is what you want. The amount of choices are huge.

Yeah, if you like spending most of your time in a car and stuck in traffic, smog, and the suburbs. To be fair I am really only talking about southern CA. The central coast and norther CA are both nice areas, but southern CA sucks!

It's probably one of the more warmer states.
