If you're getting prenatal care and your doctor tells you that everything is okay then there should be nothing to worry about. In this day and age, medical technology has come a long way, doctors can monitor everything when you're giving birth and as long as everything along your pregnancy has been normal, chances for stillbirth are slim. It's common to worry but just think happy thoughts!

You should voice your concerns to your doctor BUT the handful of women I have known who had stillborns delievered at 41 or 42 weeks. It's not as common as people say.

stillbirth is not common. do the people that tell you that it is even have children? how many of their kids where still born? don't worry about it. as long as everything is ok at your doctors appointments, i wouldn't worry.

More than likely you'll be giving birth to a fine health baby . Live births far out number still births.
