Learn to know yourself.
The first thing you should find out is why you hate yourself so much. If you are capable of this feeling, then you are also capable of moral judgments. If so, you can't possibly be a completely bad person.
Make a list of what you don't like about yourself. Work on changing what you can change. Forget about the rest. If you make efforts to improve, you will learn to like yourself better. And you can't be happy unless you do that.

Don't rely on feelings but on action. Feelings are simply derivatives of past action. When you create or do new, original actions old feelings will go away. But make sure you don't get hooked on the new feelings those new actions will create but always focus on action and on acting ever new creative and original actions so that you are not caught up in the feelings derived from past actions and end up confused as to why you hate yourself. Even loving yourself is not the answer to your question. For loving yourself is a feeling and may well change into hating yourself. You must be yourself and act yourself above all and feel yourself only secondarily.
This answer may seem revolutionary. But it is what experience teaches us.
One final piece of advice: never rely on action as a panacea because then you would be using action as a means to feeling good which is totally the opposite of my advice which is to make action the focus - to be in action - and not feelings.

I have that trouble. The thing is, though, that I have good reasons for it. I don't like who I am. If I stopped hating myself, it would mean that I'd given up.
Ask yourself whether your self-hatred is more likely to lead to you to change the things about yourself that you hate, or continue them. Sometimes self-hatred just reinforces destructive behaviors. If that's the case, you need to see a counselor. If not, then take this opportunity to change. People always say that you should love yourself, but sometimes it takes effort to be somebody worth loving.

First find out why you hate yourself? Did you do something that makes you feel bad? Remove and try to resolve any guilty feelings and the 'I'm not worthy of' kind of feelings .. you will stop hating yourself.
You can try some social work or community service that will give you some satisfaction that you have done some good service to the world. This will remove the above issues and make you feel good again.

Go with it. Hate yourself well. Hide important things that you know you'll be looking for. Trip yourself, and then laugh. Fail tests on purpose. A lot of people forget to do this. It's a shame, really. Honestly, though, start a club. You'll find it easy to like other people who hate themselves, and you can all go skiing or something.

Certainly there are legitimate reasons that we all wish we could do better at. & often times the disapointment can lead to self hatred.
This is a good forum to begin in......and any friendships that you can develop to have people to talk to would be good...... but you should talk to a professional at a local mental health clinic as soon as possible. Often time the first few visits are free & they should have an extensive list of local refferals for you.

The only reason you may hate yourself is either you are very critical of yourself, which caused dissapointment. Or, you actually don't know who you really are. You need to access you belief system not anybody else.
