Ahhh, you want the Astrology section. I see what you did there.....

Seriously, though. Which 'apocalypse scenario' are you worried about. The likes of Horizon and so on put out so many of them I have difficulty keeping track.

Best thing to do is shrug your shoulders and ignore the hype and put it all down to a slow news day.

If the hype is warranted, then simply marvel at life's audacity to make a comeback despite these terrible catastophies.

When your number's up your number's up. Just follow the golden rules of meeting your maker.

1: Make sure you didn't do something stupid to cause your death prematurely. The worst offenders end up with Darwin Awards.

2: Don't worry about the Acts of God type ones. If 'capital H, He' is out to get you, there are no precautions you can take.

3: Give the grim reaper a kick when he comes for you. You can't avoid him but you can make him hate his job.

In the mean time, develop a healthy cynicism. Soon 'end of the world' theories will be bouncing off you like corruption charges from an MP

Who knows?.One things for sure i dont think its an end of world job but a major change is coming and you surely must feel that too!.There is a major planetary event taking place on winter solstice & its no coincidence that the mayan calender ends then also.If i cannot be in peru at this time then stonehenge or avebury in wiltshire will be a special place at this time.My advice is try and get to somewhere similar.Keep researching and happy solstice for 2012.

Well there will be a planetary line up and there will be a major impact on Earth due to this line up. The extent of damage or otherwise is yet to be realised. I for one have sold my property residing at the waters edge and have relocated some 120 feet further up the hill. Hopefully this will sufice if not i have a boat moored in the drive for exceptional activity. Additional food and heating supplies will be purchased closer to the time but the preperation for storage is underway.
Hopefully it will come to nothing but some folks went to a lot of bother to make us aware of the pending event and the calamity that will follow. Best be prepared.

Who knows. Certainly not what you think might happen. The end of the world has been predicted for 42 times now, since the 1st year AD; so that's 42 times in only 2006 years. So far, none of it came true so don't bleeding worry about it!

It's the Olympics but more importantly, it's going to be the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty's accession to the Throne.

The first thing I'll do is pour another glass of champagne.

If you're thinking something metaphysical is going to happen, try a non-science forum.
