I am a Brit, and think there are racial undertones to the question.
But I would not say it was worthy of a violation, just a little thoughtless or tasteless.
But keep asking about violations anyway. It is nice to hear what other people get violations for - and you seem to get more than your share!
But then, the more questions you ask, the more you are open to violations.
Unfortunately, there is no violation for people who report too many unjustified violations - if you can follow that......

There are a lot of immature Americans on here who can't stand the truth. Some make a hobby of complaining about other people's questions. Of course, while Americans are the least mature, other nationalities have their weaklings too.
I BLAME YAHOO THE MOST FOR ACCEPTING COMPLAINTS AT FACE VALUE WITHOUT CONSIDERING WHETHER THEY ARE REALISTIC OR RIDICULOUS. OF COURSE, DUE TO SUBTLETIES, IT WOULD TAKE SEVERAL TIMES THE STAFF AND MUCH TRAINING TO GET IT RIGHT. ACCEPTING COMPLAINTS AT ALL IS ALLOWING EVERY BONEHEAD TO BECOME A CENSOR, AND THAT IN ITSELF IS A DISASTER.

well, it's intended to mock Americans, isn't it?
"Average Joes" doesn't even mean anything and hence is just an insult and name calling.
It would different if you actually refered to something more specific then this could be regarded as a 'matter of opinion' even if no-one agreed with it.

You can contest violations in the forum (link to the top right of the screen). Go to wrongful violations and reply to the top message. Include the question and why you think the violation isn't valid.

It doesn't merit a violation.
Its your opinion and I always thought that in this country we are allowed to have them.
But there again maybe not.
People will report you for anything.Don't let the bug*ers get you down.
