Yes. All people are created equal, and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights. Not the least of these is Life, Liberty and PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.

Yes, gay rights is included in the battle for civil rights, or equality for all. There are also other groups that are part of the overall civil rights battle.
