Actually, in some British dialects you can hear I sh'll, but it's so rare I doubt any Americans could know it. Otherwise it is either left in the full form or treated as "will" in "I'll" and "we'll."

There is no contraction for I shall. There is for I will which is I'll. The contraction for I shall not is I shan't
