If we are talking about marriage the stats I've read indicate that from 2/3rd to 3/4's of divorces are initiated by women.

They initiate the breakup at approximately the same time, when they recite their wedding vows to one another. Sometimes the breakup takes a long time to occur. Other times it is much sooner.

Well it depends I mean sometimes men cheat on women or women cheat on men (its not cheating only but other things). I think its both though. I know it may seem that women are the ones that break up with men more but that's not true it's both.

hate to say it women do the breaking up most of the time but 9 times out of 10we the males have done something wrong
