i have to make an edible cell for biology . and it can be anything as long as everything is labeled.... so i want it to be creative.. aka.. not a cake. does anyone have any ideas? ... and what would i use to make each part?

Jello. The organelles would be suspended fruit. Put some marshmallows on top and call them "embedded membrane proteins."

When you have to make an edible cell you should use jello.
(use a lighter color jello)

You can use grapes, nuts, raisins, and marshmallows.
You can use anything you want.

Just make sure that it is neat, not messy because it increases your chance of a better grade

A spherical meatloaf. Use different kinds of meat for the different colors and vegetables for the cell parts.

For our project we made the cell a waffle and used sprinkles as protons and neutrons. We then labeled it with frosting. You can make it more detailed if you want. I hope this helped you! Good luck with your project!

use JELLOW!! get a round jello mold, and use different fruits suspended in the yellow for the parts of the cell.. thats all i got for now
