His foul on Tyler Hansbrough Sunday appeared intentional and was very flagrant.

Yes he should. Carmelo Anthony got 15 games for throwing his infamous "sissy punch" and running like a girl. Henderson should get that and probably more for his intentional and flagrant assault on UNC's Tyler Hansbrough. Duke fell to 8-8 in conference play with that loss and he took out the frustration of all the "Cameron Crazies" with that haymaker punch he threw. The Blue Devils are going to get in the tournament on reputation alone, but they are a strong candidate for one and done, two and through at the most.

Gerald Henderson + Kyle Singler + John Scheyer + Incoming great Recruits = very final 4 Apperance. i'm uncertain relating to the nationwide Championships, yet I gurantee an rather final 4 a minimum of.

Yes he should. And coach K should be kicked in the nuts for keeping his starters in and fouling in game he already lost. If he just accepted defeat, and sat his players like a REAL coach would have, neither Hendersen nor Hansborough would have been in the game. But people bitching that UNC should have pulled their starters clearly know nothing about BBall. When the losing team is fouling you every possession to try and get back into the game, you do NOT sit your starters.

For giving Tyler Hansbrough what half the country would like to give him? Henderson should get an extra year of eligibility and be encouraged to next year put that elbow on that crybaby UNC coach.

he should have a longer suspension than one game, but def not next season. id give him 3 games tops, because of the argument that he was going for the ball, and not intentionally trying to break tylers nose.
it was a physical game which seemed to get out of hand, and though hasbrough seemed to get the worst of it, he wasnt playing 100% clean either. not trying to defend hendersons actions, but both teams were playing a bit harder than they should have been, and hendersons suspension was a result of all of it

No, I think one game is enough (and I'm a UNC graduate). My real beef is with Coach K. His team was down by eleven with less than 30 seconds left. He could have let UNC run out the clock, and sub out their starters to a well-deserved ovation. Instead, he has his team fouling and pressing, like a total jerk.

no. He shouldn't be suspended at all. sure he broke the guy's nose but he was going after the ball and should've been a regular foul. Hansbrough is a big pansy and you can expect that with him.

Yeah he should. If that wasn't intentional I would hate to see what would be.

It was flagrant........but he won't get any added suspension.

Coach K will protect him from that. And if he has trouble, Dickie V will step in to help him.
