Firstley sinus headaches and migraines are different, if your getting migraines, get a prescription because that over the counter crap does not work.

I have sinusitis & experience headaches all the time. My doctor puts me on antibiotics & gives me a prescription for Flonase nose spray. The antibiotics don't work as well as the Sudafed Sinus tablets do. I get the ones that are oval shaped & have a pinkish color to them. I can take them because I don't have high blood pressure. I also wear sunglasses whenever I go outside because squinting makes my headaches worse. I am also careful not to let fans blow in my face, as it causes sinus headaches as well.

Both - for sinus headaches I usually take Sudafed. Migraines, I just wait them out.

I generally use Tylenol severe sinus for my Sinus headaches.
For migraines, the Dr. has me on Zomig. Usually helps, unless it's really bad, then I have to go to the ER for a shot of Imitrex.

For my sinus headaches, I like to take Sudafed w/ pseudoephedrine in it. I've tried several products with phenylephrine and it just doesn't work for me, plus it makes me really sleepy. =( For my severe headaches, I try a regular pain reliever, if it doesn't work after a couple of hours and the pain is unbearable, I take half of a flexiril (muscle relaxer) and take a hot shower, then a nap. Usually, that's just what works for me!

Nothing usually works....
I have to put up with it..

I had a sinus infection for 6 weeks.. went to the doctor, had 2 kinds of antibiotics and that didn't work..

Then one morning, I woke up and it was gone just like that!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I used to get migraines until I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and the docs put me on special meds. Other than that, I just get OTC acetaminophen with codeine and caffeine pills, that usually does the trick (only available in Canada though, I think).
