I loved that magazine more that Stuff and Maxim even though they were pretty much the same. I just liked the layout and all the weird articles. Anyways, why is it done if it really is? Probally not selling as good as the other two.

Yes, it's shutting down. It never approached Maxim's popularity, and Stuff also siphoned off many of its potential readers.

If you are in the UK, you will still be able to enjoy the magazine. UK sales are great for the magazine, in the US, it could not compete with Maxim and Stuff--primarily Maxim; they have a larger chunk of the market.

Yes. Sales were not where they needed to be for running the magazine to continue to be profitable. The magazine company decided to put its resources on better selling magazines. I think the FHM website is going to continue running, if that helps your pain any.
