this is a common thing with immature guys. either they r immature or they REALLY REALLY like u and r to afraid to say anything to u. they r afraid that u will say no if they ask u out. so the chances r that he probably will not ask u out. i hope that helped and hope things go the way u want. o and one more thing, if u kind of like him and u dont have a boy friend then maybe u should ask him out?

Tell the boy that is touching you that you do not like it when he does it. He might ask you out.

It most definitely sounds like he is crushing and hard. If you like him just tell him. But if this feels uncomfortable to you ask him to stop. If he really likes you he will. but i believe that he probably will ask you out.
