Online debit card account?

Does anyone know of any services that are like paypal only they give you a debit card number?

I don't think of PayPal as a bank, it's a way to send money. You can get a PayPal credit card, but not a debit card as far as I know.

You can back PayPal with a checking account from a bank. The bank may give you a debit card, and PayPal purchases automatically come out of your checking.

Ask PayPal help for more information about what they have.
